Most packages arrive with all eggs intact and problem free, but in the event that your eggs are damaged it's important to be aware of the items below...
*Hatching eggs are individually wrapped, double boxed, packed safely, marked fragile & shipped usps priority mail insured.
*Extra eggs are sent along with your order if available with the exception of Brahma eggs which may be too large to add extras.
*Our eggs are very fertile. We keep one rooster per four hens.
*We are not responsible for hatch rates as there are so many variables in different incubators, individual hatching techniques, and so many factors out of our control after they leave our hands, including broody hens and also during shipping. We want all of our customers to have a great hatch. If you have any questions before or during hatch feel free to ask us.*
*We are not responsible for damage during shipping. This can include breakage, displaced air cells, x-ray, and rough handling by the post office.
*Return Policy- If your eggs arrive damaged you can (1) file a claim with the post office for reimbursement OR (2) We can file a claim with the post office and reship your eggs at the soonest available time. But you cannot do both. If you'd like us to file a claim for you we will need pictures of the exterior and interior of the package, including pictures of the shipping label and the damaged eggs (this is needed to file a claim)
*If your eggs arrive damaged- You must save the entire package even if it's gross. The entire package must be returned to the post office for examination after a claim is filed to either (1) receive replacement eggs or (2) to file a claim. The post office does not accept photos of damage but requires them to file a claim. Gotta love the post office..
